When navigating technical and exposed terrain, stability underfoot is paramount. Every Astral shoe pairs a secure heel and midfoot to keep you locked in with a wider toe box, giving you maximum side-to-side stability.
We offer the same high-performance fit in two shapes – Original, for most users, and Biodynamic, for our widest toe splay.

Ceiba
The most comfortable lifejacket we make also happens to be the most environmentally friendly PFD made today. The front is filled with kapok, a naturally buoyant fiber that feels like down, while the back uses recyclable PE foam for protection. The shell is made from bluesign® certified 100% recycled Polyester.
Nine points of adjustment provide a precise fit. Complete with fleece lined pockets and a zone for clipping hardware this vest is ready for all kinds of paddling adventure.

Why a Wide Toe Box?
Our toes and feet are naturally designed to splay out from side-to-side, providing support and stability to our entire body. Traditional shoe designs prioritize looks over function and compress the toes, which limit their movement and therefore stability.
